OUR TAX RECEIPT POLICY

We mail official tax receipts every January to all donors whose combined donations (received between January 1st and December 31st) in the preceding calendar year totalled $30 or more. If for any reason you did not receive your tax receipt, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We ask for your information solely for the carrying out of our nonprofit incorporation purposes. Your information will be kept safe in our secure database, in our main office and you will be able to access and rectify it at any time. It will not be rented or shared with unrelated parties and if we hire outside contractors to do part of our office work we will obtain a commitment from them to keep your information secure.

By submitting your devotional stories to us, you grant CNOL permission to publish this material in any manner we deem appropriate (in our future bulletins, on our website, etc.) We will adhere to our privacy policy. You hereby acknowledge that we reserve the right to selectively publish submissions as we deem suitable in terms of relevant content. Not all submissions will be considered for media publication.

OUR REFUND POLICY

The Canada Needs Our Lady campaign does not sell any product or service, nor does it receive funds from any government agency. The campaign is funded exclusively by contributions from its generous donors. Once a donation has been made, Canadian law does not permit its return to the donor, even when the donor requests a refund.

FUNDRAISING DISCLOSURE

Canada Needs Our Lady is a special campaign of the Canadian Society for the Defence of Christian Civilization ("CSDCC") to win the hearts and minds of Canadians for Mary.

CSDCC raises funds “to advance religion by the promotion of the religious teachings, tenets, doctrines, morals, and observances of the Roman Catholic faith and their application to individuals, families, and society in Christian culture and civilization."

We estimate it will cost $36,228 annually to raise $750,000 in donations nationwide through mailings, personal contacts, e-mail appeals, our website, CNOL.org, CanadaHelps.org and Societ.com.
